This hybrid role prefers onsite work at least once weekly, though fully remote candidates will also be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle implementation of Leena.ai, collaborating with external vendors, HR stakeholders, and solution architects.
- Coordinate architecture reviews, secure necessary approvals, and manage system integrations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards in partnership with solution architects.
- Navigate complex environments to address project challenges, ensuring continuous progress.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT, HR teams, and vendors, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Support HR initiatives, particularly in Learning & Development (L&D), aligning efforts with organizational goals.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Report on project milestones, risks, and KPIs, providing leadership with clear status updates.
- Foster a collaborative culture that values adaptability, innovation, and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably within HR systems and processes.
- Experience with HR technology implementations (familiarity with Leena.ai or similar AI-driven tools is a plus).
- Knowledge across HR workstreams such as talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, L&D, and time & attendance.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to drive progress in cross-functional environments.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to removing barriers and managing competing priorities.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
- Broad understanding of HR processes and systems architecture, including governance and compliance considerations.
